Fish Tacos


Another go to recipe for taco night is this one for grilled fish tacos. I serve this grilled fish on corn tortillas with shredded cabbage, lime, pickled onions and avocado and cilantro sauce.

I always try to buy Mahi Mahi for this recipe, but the key is the freshest posible fish.


  • 1lb fresh Mahi Mahi cut in sticks
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves smashed
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a shallow pan, season fish with 3 tablespoons olive oil, garlic and lime
  2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a nonstick pan at medium heat
  4. Add fish and cook 3 minutes on each side
  5.  Serve on corn tortillas with your favorite toppings
